Owner, Ben Natili, even at the young age of 32, has been in the jewelry business for over a decade. From his beginnings as a salesman for a national jewelry chain in 1996, Ben knew almost immediately that he wanted to be in this industry. His passion for the business stems from the fact that jewelry is a way to express feelings – of joy, love, pride, thanks, celebration, etc. Whether it is taking a grandmother’s heirloom and redesigning it into an engagement ring or creating a piece of jewelry for a husband to give to his wife at the birth of a child, Ben has learned how to listen to a client in order to find or create the piece of jewelry that expresses what is sometimes hard to say with words.
Ben’s extensive career includes sales, management and design. He has worked in large chain stores and for an independent company based in New York City that sent him all over the country as a designer. His education outside his retail experience includes Drouhard’s National Jewelers School where he achieved goldsmith status.
Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs, Ben decided to take his years of experience and open his own store last year. In business since October 2006, Natili’s Fine Jewelry offers a full service jewelry store with beautiful merchandise, and a quality repair service. Most repairs are done next day and all repairs are done by Ben, himself. Owned and operated with his wife Adrienne, Natili’s offers what many other jewelry stores cannot -- Trust. Ben believes that with any relationship, trust is the most important thing.
