Distinctive Jewelry:
This means; we offer the most unique selection of FINE jewelry available. We strive to provide you with that piece of jewelry that when you wear it, draws compliments and attention. We specialize in heirloom quality, which means that you will be able to enjoy your item for many decades to come and in many cases, so will future generations. We carry the merchandise that you will not find in the chain stores, mass merchandisers, and big box stores. We don’t try to compete in the “price point” market as it would lower the quality of our product, and since I put my name on it I do not sell low quality jewelry.
Jewelry Repair:
At Natili’s Fine Jewelry, we offer professional in store jewelry repair preformed by Ben Natili the owner. We do repairs on most all precious metal jewelry with few exceptions and for the items we can’t fix in store, chances are we have access to someone who can fix it. Most in store repairs are done within a week. It is our belief that if it’s repairable then we’ll fix it.
Watch Repair:
We do all basic repairs on watches (band and battery replacement, fitting adjustments, etc.) in store while you wait. For more advanced repairs (crystal replacement, movement repair, etc.) we have partnered with a 3rd generation master watchmaker to handle those repairs. All watch repairs are guaranteed for one year from the day you receive the finished repair.
Custom Design and Creation:
We WELCOME all custom work! If you’re tired of the same old, same old designs and styles that you see in what seems like every jewelry store? Then come to Natili’s and have us design a one-of-a-kind for you. Most places you go to now-a-days say they do “custom” yet if they can’t find something in a catalog, or at a remount show then they say it can’t be done. Well NOT at Natili’s, we do it all from design to creation. We will spend the time to design your one-of-a-kind item to meet and exceed all expectations you may have. So please do not hesitate to ask us about doing a custom job for you.
Restyling:
Whether it’s resetting your stones into a new mounting or adding something to your item we can do it. We stock a very nice selection of settings that are ready for your stone to be set, and have access to 1000’s of additional styles that can be in store within 24 hours. We have a great network of stone suppliers as well, so no matter if you have a basic request of a blue Sapphire or something as rare as a natural alexandrite or Paraiba Tourmaline we can get it.
Appraisals:
We do in house evaluation of any diamond jewelry, we will provide a full appraisal for insurance purposes. This service includes everything your insurance company needs to be able to provide you a policy for your jewelry. The cost for this service depends on the item, feel free to bring your item in for a free quote to do your appraisal. We also have an appraiser come in periodically to do the appraisals on the other jewelry items we don’t do in store. Call to schedule an appointment for our next appraisal event.
